Antigen - An antigen is a substance that stimulates an immune response, especially the production of antibodies. Antigens are usually proteins or polysaccharides, but can be any type of molecule, including small molecules (haptens) coupled to a carrier-protein.

Fc receptor - Fc receptor is a receptor on hematopoietic cells such as macrophages, neutrophils and mast cells. They will bind to the constant end of immunoglobulin after the anti-bodies have binded to antigens.

Antibody repertoire - Antibody repertoire or immunoglobulin repertoire includes the entire number of specific types of antibodies available to an individual. The number of antibody specificities present depends on the number of B cells a person has and the number of antigens a person has been exposed to.

Central tolerance - Central tolerance is a condition caused by tumor cells caused by tumor antigens inhibiting the immune system which has no reaction. Central Tolerance is found in many cases, including politcally correct ads.
