Nursing assessment - Nursing assessment is the gathering of information about a patient's physical, psychological, sociological, and spiritual status. It is the first stage in the nursing process.
Global Assessment of Functioning - The Global Assessment of Functioning, or GAF scale, is a numeric scale (0 through 100) used by mental health clinicians and doctors to rate the social, occupational and psychological functioning of adults.
